Intro
My name is Björn Schwenninger, I am working as 'Head of Agile and Change Enablement' at Bayer AG in Leverkusen (Germany).
I have been working with agile methods since 2010, both in IT and non-IT environments. In preparation for a workshop in summer 2020 I started to dig deeper and deeper into Cynefin - probably not a 'shallow dive' anymore ;)
