We are coming through exceptionally stressful times disrupted times and times of illness and death, and major change.

Resilient and caring communities of spiritual belief and religious faith make a positive difference in communities in many ways. Whether or not you belong to a community of faith, having communities of faith and spiritual practice in your community contributes to community resilience and well being. In these challenging times, faith leaders are much like healthcare workers during these times of high stress, injustice, challenges. Often working in partnership with other community leaders, schools, and organizations, leaders of religious and spiritual communities respond to the needs beyond their congregation to the community as a whole.

We're interested in is how leaders of communities of spiritual practice or communities, religious communities are doing, what kinds of experiences are they having that have been supportive and empowering for them, but it, but what kinds of experiences, they have that have created struggle and burnout.

It's important to understand how the leaders of these caring communities are being impacted because there's a relationship between resilient leaders and resilient communities of faith and resilient communities, as we look to recover and rebuild our society's toward a more resilient and caring and sustainable future. This collector looks at how these leaders are doing and what experiences have mattered to them.
