400 errors on any attempt to delete an article as well as load a file - suggests an audit of the set up
The Special:Version page states this is MediaWiki 1.33.0. This version is obsolete. Upgrade to the latest LTS 1.35 ? JohnGrant (talk) 06:55, 22 January 2021 (UTC)

- The host command indicates this MediaWiki instance is running on AWS. If it's the Bitnami MediaWiki Stack for AWS Cloud, the instructions are here: https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/mediawiki/administration/upgrade/. Happy to assist with the upgrade if required.
